These terms govern the relationship between you and Banaras Gulabi Meenakari Artist. We have written them to be clear and fair — honouring both the tradition of our craft and the trust you place in us when you acquire a piece of living heritage.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or placing an order with Banaras Gulabi Meenakari Artist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.
The Nature of Handcrafted Art
Every creation from our Heritage Studio in Varanasi is individually hand-wrought by master craftsmen on pure 92.5 sterling silver. Because Gulabi Meenakari is a living, breathing art form — not a factory process — no two pieces are ever identical. Minor and beautiful variations in the depth of enamel colour, surface texture, and weight are inherent hallmarks of authentic handcraft and shall not be considered defects.
